Full Description:
Inspects parts and materials to determine compliance to specified requirements Performs Product inspection Performs Real time defect evaluation Prepares QA documentation (IDRs, DNs) Verifies corrective action implementation Organizes and maintains QA CCR Books Performs housekeeping audits Verifies implementation of rework Generates and/or verifies traceability information High School diploma or the equivalent is required. Associates degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical engineering is preferred. In addition, a minimum of one year of directly related experience is required. A minimum of two years of experience is preferred. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750 and X-Ray qualification certifications may be required. Knowledge of Basic electrical or mechanical technology Knowledge of ESD Control Knowledge of Workmanship Standards Knowledge of Drawing interpretation Skill in Using PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel) Skill in Use of basic mechanical measurement tools Skill in Operation of various test equipment such as PIND, Fine Leak, Gross Leak Interpersonal skills
