Full Description:
Test Technician must possess the ability to conduct ISS acceptance testing and troubleshooting of complex VoIP systems, subsystems, modules in an efficient manner. Demonstrate good analytical capability and current technical knowledge of computers, installing operating systems and software configuration. Accurately follow test procedures and document test results. Assist in making corrections and improvements to acceptance test procedures. Applicant shall be required to have the 2-5 years knowledge of VoIP theory, intimate with how ISS product interfaces with COC systems, troubleshooting to component level, proficient in utilizing bench test equipment and computer based test equipment, knowledge and experience with networking and multicast, and excellent troubleshooting skills. Applicant must have excellent knowledge of Windows and related software programs. Good interpersonal and organization skills are a necessity. Ability to work from verbal/written instructions. Ability to obtain a Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance.
