Job Description: Responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality, comprehensive training products and services for government customers and end users. Other responsibilities include design, development and delivery of technical training curriculum, courseware and Training Support Packages (TSPs). Perform Job and Task analyses leading to the development of training strategies, plans, curriculum and courseware. Interface directly with government customer/users to maintain a high level of confidence and customer satisfaction relative to the training product and associated customer support. Security: A Secret Clearance is required. U. S. citizenship is required due to necessary security clearance. Skills Required: Experience with adult learning and an enthusiasm for teaching are essential requirements for this position. Ability to work with minimal supervision as part of an integrated team, communicates and interacts effectively with multiple audiences and internal functional departments to include engineering, program management, contract management, modeling and simulation, and visual multi-media. Experience with Joint STARs Common Ground Station (CGS), Distributed Common Ground Station- Army (DCGS-A), Army Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT), and/or Prophet training programs is strongly desired. Functional Experience Required: A minimum of 4-6 years of training experience with a working knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training/Instructional Systems Design (SAT/ISD) methodologies. Must have Instructor Certification from any branch of the Military. Experience in technical courseware development and instruction, with special emphasis in Front End, Job, and Task analyses. Must be familar with TRADOC 350-70 training development requirements and have experience in the use of TRADOC\'s Automated Systems Approach to Training (ASAT). Working knowledge of desktop applications and operating systems to include MS Office products, Windows NT, Windows 2000, UNIX, and Cisco products. Other Experience Desired: Six (6) years prior military service in a training or technical position related to Command, Control, Communications & Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) functional areas. Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) Objective Force requirements and acquisition processes is beneficial. Experience with complex systems, system of systems, networks, hardware, and software applications. Experience with multimedia and or Computer-Based training development is a plus. Education level: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience plus 5 years directly related experience in Education/Instructional Development, Computer Science, Engineering, Electronic Technology, Information Technology. Instructor Certification required A Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance is required. Applicant must be a US Citizen.
