Required Skills:
• Minimum 7 years demonstraed results in a test and integration environmet • Bachelor\\\'s degree computer science, engineering or related field preferred, related MS preferred • Network testing experience • Experience working with computer systems and their uses • Experience working with telecommunications systems and their principles • Experience working with network management and protocol system testing • Experience working eith automated test systems, regression testing, etc. • Experience working with scripting languages such as TCL, PERL, HP, etc • Experience working with data transmission protocols such as TCP/IP, etc. • Experience working with operating systems • Experience working with JTRS or SDRs (Software Defined Radios) • Experience working with protocols and technologies such as HTTP, SSL, FTP, SMTP, POP3, etc. • Experience working with network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. • Strong presentation skills to present test results to individuals and groups

Full Description:
a lead engineer and member of the integration and test team, will evaluate and analyze requirements to create and execute test plans and procedures. • Requirements analysis, developing test plans, automation frameworks and scripts, executing tests, and preparing test reports • Experience testing systems from existing system and functional specifications • Experience developing test cases and plans from requirements documentation • Performs highly complex testing and analyzes network systems development including integration, systems testing, interoperability testing, field test plans and customer acceptance plans to maintain the credibility/viability of the system. • Investigates and resolves highly complex operational matters of significance in conjunction with other engineering and technical support to ensure cost effective and efficient resolution of problems. • Provides technical expertise and guidance in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of test processes and diagnostic programs for system testing. • Consults with clients on highly complex systems; determines systems requirements; recommends processes and/or programs, coordinates project team and follows through on implementation. • Experience with DOORS, Java, C++, database interface, ClearCase, ClearQuest • Provides complex technical expertise to engineering management in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs.
