Full Description:
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to necessary security clearance. As a member of the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Identity Management team, the candidate will provide software engineering support to the Encore II – PKI Engineering task. The candidate will support the analysis, design, code, integration and test software developed into an integrated application security environment for our customer. This will include the development, test and support of Java based software; preparation presentation and/or review software designs or peer reviews; and will work in an integrated software development team environment. Some travel may be required. The candidate will support Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and design reviews with the customer, as well as providing support in troubleshooting of field anomalies. The candidate will support the team in meeting corporate Quantitative Management Goals by following established processes and generating process improvements. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, reasoning, and communication skills are required. Additionally: The candidate keeps abreast of technology trends; identifies technical interests & aligns training plans with interests; takes initiative in proposing ideas, soliciting input, and optimizing solutions.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience. Candidate should have working knowledge of developing Java web based applications, technologies including Java,J2EE, Jboss,Apache Tomcat, OpenSSL, experience with windows and Linx operating systems and development environments. Experience with Key Cryptography or Public Key Enabling of applications desirable. experience with agile development techniques for software development, development of software for Dept of defense environments, DOD software secutiry and DISA Software Technical Information Guides (STIGs) highly desirable. Must be US citizen capable of obtaining a secret clearance.
