Required Skills:
Secret level security clearance required.
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent experience is required. In addition, a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience is required. A minimum of ten years of experience is preferred. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA std’s certification may be required within 30 days of hire. 2. Experience performing project or subcontractor process and product assessments, audits, or evaluations. 3. Proficient in the ability to disseminate and implement directives, policies, procedures, and standards within development organizations. 4. Experience working on large government programs and with DCMA. 5. Experience with engineering process models (systems, software, or hardware). 6. Demonstrated communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills. 7. Experience, training, or implementation of any of the following methods, tools, or processes: o ISO, CMMI, Inspections, Six Sigma, DOORS, ReqPro, ClearQuest, ClearCase, Orion, MQRS, Defect Trend Analysis, Supply Chain procurement, workmanship requirements, and Quality Management practices.

Full Description:
1. Represent division quality management on programs by performing systems, software, hardware, or subcontractor quality assurance activities. 2. Proactively enable and assess conformance to processes, plans, and end item product requirements. 3. Act as customer advocate on projects by participating in reviews, conducting audits, and monitoring all aspects of development, test, and deployment. 4. Serve as liaison with government and customer oversight functions. 5. Monitor media creation and test activities to ensure adherence to requirements and procedures. 6. Perform a QA role in the labs and at site installations by verifying software and hardware configurations. Secret level security clearance required.
