Required Skills:
BS/BA in business or technical field required or combination of education and directly related experience required. Performs full scope of work tasks in schedule development /analysis/reproting duties to include: critical path analysis, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development. Performs full scope of work tasks in Earned Value / Cost Control and advanced level type tasks including: development of Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) with support from CAMS. Preparation of EV data item submittal to customer, analysis of Earned Value reports and indices for program teams. Candidate must be experienced with either MS Project or Artemis scheduling tools. Experience in both software is a definite plus.

Full Description:
Demonstrated knowledge and fully developed skills in budgeting, planning, problem solving, and cost analysis related to the development of solutions to issues of concern identified by analysis performed. Ability to perform described tasks and duties subject only to limited review of work in process. Working knowledge of program planning tools is required.
