High School Diploma or Equivalent and six years of applicable experience Soldering (J-Std,IPC-610),ESD Ability to interpret complex documents, work instruction, engineering change notices, test procedures and schematics Ability to write equipment programs (wire bond, etc.) Ability to organize multiple tasks Ability to operate complex equipment Effective communication skills Applicant must be capable of obtaining a US Security Clearance.

Full Description:
Performs specialized project tasks/assignments of a more complex nature Performs complex state of the art advanced fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment Builds or integrates hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems Builds RF, multi-function cables and harnesses Solders ribbons/stripline skills for RF performance Performs complex incorporation of Master Change Order (MCO), Engineering Change Order (ECO), Variance Authorization (VA) and visual aids Reads and interprets complex Engineering schematics and drawings Maintains and operates complex equipment/tooling Performs complex electrical tests Assists in the development of paperwork Collects equipment / process data Prepares appropriate quality paperwork (e.g. Corrective Action Request, Discrepant Material Report,) Organizes shipment of product Cross trains team members in complex tasks Leads team meetings and encourage participation Acts as a role model for appropriate skills and behaviors Acts as a liaison between other teams/functions Helps develop goals and objectives for the team Identifies ways to utilize Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, etc.) to reduce cycle time, defects and costs
