Required Skills:
The candidate must have a BS Degree in a technical field related to test engineering +5 years of demonstrated results, or equivalent experience. Must have experience working with digital and analog circuitry. Desired that the candidate have experience working with RF circuitry and experience working with microprocessors and associated development tools. Must have experience with C or C++, LabView, and Windows XP. Desired that the candidate have experience with LabWindows (CVI preferred), TestStand, Unix scripting (Perl or similar), Unix, Linux, ClearCase and ClearQuest. Must have experience designing, debugging, and validating Manufacturing functional test fixtures and test HW associated with medium and high volume testing. Desired that the candidate have hands-on knowledge of JTAG and utilizing the ASSET boundary scan development tools for Manufacturing test. Must be proficient with test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, digital multimeters, vector signal analyzers, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, network signal analyzers, etc. Desired that the candidate have a working knowledge of SW defined radios and networking. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expected to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical personnel.

Full Description:
Must plan and execute project tasks including the development, design and/or enhancement, and maintenance of a variety of Manufacturing test equipment hardware, software, documentation, and processes based on documented test requirements. Must have experience integrating, debugging, and validating the hardware for Manufacturing functional test fixtures and special test equipment platforms. Must be able to generate, debug, and document test software for Manufacturing functional test fixtures and special test equipment platforms from the concept phase through implementation on the factory floor. Must be an active member of the concurrent engineering team and interface between the design engineers and the production factory floor. Should be proficient in requirements definition, problem identification, and troubleshooting. Should be able to function in both an integrated team environment and work independently with little supervision. Must manage peer-to-peer mentoring relationships and regular contact with senior levels of internal work groups within a project and across a single engineering dept.
