Full Description:
Sponsorship is not available. Provide admonistrative support directly to procureement department activities, managers and staff. Maintain files, logs, records of documentation. Assist buyers in contacting internal customers to obtain information or resolve issues. Assist buyers in expediting purchase orders. Primary tasks: Manage Bill of Materials Requests Obtain materials component pricing from vendors Add to current IFS database Communicate pricing and BOM to field support teams Expedite Purchase orders Follow-up on Requests for Proposals Set up vendor number sin IFS Project and tasks Upload Insurance certificates and vendor qualification packages into Livelink Enforce and maintain Davis Bacon and Prevailing wage requirements Maintain Excel spreadsheet Forward appropriate documentation to Customer Upload information into Livelink Maintain Rescue 21 Tracker
Specific Knowledge Strong administrative and computer skills (MS office). HS diploma or equivalent experience.
